The Reimagined 2016 Honda Civic!
With two new powertrain options and a range of new features, the 2016 Honda Civic is a stunner in every sense of the word. You get the luxuries you've always wanted and the fun-to-drive spirit you need to make hitting the open road a truly blissful experience. The 2016 Civic will be available this fall at our Honda dealership in Gurnee, IL, so keep an eye out for this sedan and get ready for all it has to offer.
This year's model has a sportier design and all-new options that make sitting behind the wheel a true pleasure. The first of the two new engines is the 2.0-liter DOHC i-VTEC 4-cylinder powertrain, standard on the LX and EX trims, which serves as the most powerful standard Civic engine in history. The other option is the 1.5-liter, direct-injected and turbocharged 16-valve DOHC inline-4, which is mated to an innovative CVT for enhanced responsiveness and fuel efficiency. Both engines are expected to return upwards of 40 highway mpg, too, so you know you'll have no problem traveling near and far with as few pit stops as possible.
New styling with widespread use of LED lighting and a larger cabin help make the 2016 Civic more versatile than you've ever seen it. An added 3.7 cubic feet of interior volume make it the largest cabin in the compact class, while additional features and high-end materials create an experience everyone will love. From the 60/40 split-and-folding rear seat to available features like automatic climate control, Honda Sensing technologies, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, the Civic is truly ahead of the curve.
